Create your account

Sign up at app.rankraft.ai with your name, a work email and a password. Open the verification link we email you. It works for 24 hours.Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. No card needed.

Enter your website

Type your domain. RankRaft AI reads your homepage, finds your main pages, checks AI crawler access and drafts your business profile. This takes about 30 seconds.

Check your business profile

Confirm your brand name, category, aliases, products and main market. Prompts and competitors are built from this, so fix anything that’s off.
Your market is added to every question we ask, for the life of the site. Pick the country you actually sell in, or Global. We never pick one for you.

Pick key pages, platforms and prompts

Choose the pages that matter most, the AI platforms to ask (your plan’s engines are pre-selected), and at least three buyer questions to track.

Run your baseline scan

Click Run baseline scan. The first scan usually finishes in about ten minutes, and we email you when it’s done. Every future change is measured against this baseline.

Connect an integration (optional)

While the scan runs, install the Cloudflare Worker or the WordPress plugin to see which AI crawlers read your site. Crawler data is live within minutes.
