AI crawlers don’t run JavaScript, so only a server-side integration can see them. If you can only add a snippet, you’ll get AI referral traffic but no crawler data.
Your site key
Every integration authenticates with a site key. Create one in Integrations with Create site key.- Keys start with
rr_live_. - The full key is shown once. RankRaft AI stores only a fingerprint of it.
- Create a new key replaces the old one, which stops working immediately. Data pauses until you paste the new key into your integration, so only rotate if you’ve lost the key or think it leaked.
- The key is public in the snippet’s case. That is safe: data is accepted only for your site’s allowed hostnames, and requests are rate-limited.
