The RankRaft AI plugin is the easiest way to give Claude Code the RankRaft skill. It installs the skill in one step and can keep it up to date.

  • What it adds: one skill, rankraft. No hooks, no MCP servers, nothing that runs on its own.

Install

The install command opens the plugin’s details. Choose a scope:
  • Install for you (user scope) — every project on this machine.
  • Install for all collaborators on this repository (project scope) — written to .claude/settings.json, which you commit.
  • Install for you, in this repo only (local scope).

Check it’s working

  • Type / in Claude Code and look for /rankraft:rankraft.
  • Or run claude plugin list in your shell; rankraft@rankraft should show as enabled.
You rarely need to call the skill yourself. Claude Code loads it automatically when you ask for something RankRaft-related, such as “export our visibility by engine to a CSV with rankraft-js”.

Keep it up to date

Auto-update is off by default for marketplaces outside Anthropic’s own, including this one. Either turn it on once, or update when you want to.

Turn on auto-update (recommended)

Run /plugin, open the Marketplaces tab, select rankraft and choose Enable auto-update. New versions of the skill then install when Claude Code starts.

Or update by hand

Then run /reload-plugins in any open session.

Turn off or remove

Installed at project scope? Add --scope project to disable, enable and uninstall.

For your team

Install at project scope and commit .claude/settings.json. Teammates are prompted to enable the plugin; each runs this once to download it:

Plugin or copied skill?

The plugin contains exactly the files in the skill repository, synced automatically. Use the plugin for Claude Code so updates are one command. For Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, ChatGPT and other agents, copy the skill instead.
