# Platform walkthrough

> A tour of the RankRaft AI dashboard and what each section is for.

The dashboard always opens on a project, the last one you used. Switch projects from the switcher in the header, where each project shows a status chip: **Live**, **Reporting**, **No data yet** or **Setup incomplete**.

The sidebar is organised around three verbs: **Measure**, **Understand** and **Act**.

## Measure

## Status at a glance

Every site page shows a scan status strip at the top. It reads, for example:

* **Collecting answers · X of Y** while a scan runs.
* **Last scan 3 hours ago · next in 21 hours** when all is well.
* **Last scan failed — retrying in …** if something went wrong on our side.
* **AI crawlers are blocked (GPTBot, …), which suppresses your visibility.** with a **Fix this** link.

The line under each page title shows the scope of your tracking: the number of platforms, your market and language.

## Date ranges

Most pages have a range picker: **24h**, **7d** (default), **30d** and **90d**. Figures update within a minute of new data arriving.

## Light and dark mode

Choose **Light**, **Dark** or **System** from the account menu.
