# Team members and roles

> Invite teammates, accept invites and manage roles.

Open **Team** in the sidebar to see everyone in your organization.

## Roles

| Role | Can |
| - | - |
| **Owner** | Everything, including inviting, revoking and removing members |
| **Member** | Everything else: read every page, manage competitors, work the Action Center, create report links and set up integrations |

A role is set when someone is invited. An organization always has at least one owner. To remove the only owner, make someone else an owner first.

## Invite teammates

Owners can invite from **Invite by email**:

1. Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas.
2. Choose **Member** or **Owner**.
3. Click **Send invites**.
4. Click **Copy link** next to each pending invite and send it to your teammate.

Invites appear in the members list as **Invited · pending** and expire after **14 days**. Click **Revoke** to cancel one.

## Accept an invite

Open the invite link, enter your name and a password, and click **Accept and join**. Use the email address the invite was sent to. If the link has expired or been used, ask your teammate for a fresh one.

## Members table

| Column | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Person | Name and email. You're marked **(you)** |
| Role | Owner or Member |
| Last active | When they last used RankRaft AI, or **Never signed in** |

Owners can **Remove** a member, who then loses access immediately.
