# Plans and billing

Yearly billing saves about 15%. Prices exclude any tax due where you are.

Every prompt is asked once a day on every engine in your plan, so your daily answers are **prompts × engines**. A Growth site with 40 prompts on 5 engines collects 200 answers a day.

## Free trial

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with daily scans. No card is needed. A banner counts down the days left. When the trial ends, answer tracking stops until you choose a plan. Your data is kept.

## Choosing or changing a plan

Open **Billing & Usage** and pick a plan under **Choose a plan**. Toggle **Monthly** or **Yearly · save 15%**. Checkout is handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so your invoices come from Paddle.

When you switch plans, you see a proration preview first, for example *You'll be charged \$54 now for the rest of this period*, then **Confirm switch**. Cancel or change plan whenever you like.

## Your plan page

**Billing & Usage** shows:

* **Your plan:** status, and your limits for prompts, engines, websites and add-ons. One subscription covers every site in the account.
* **Subscription:** billing period, next payment, payment method and current period end. **Update payment method**, **Billing details & receipts** and **Cancel subscription**.
* **Invoices:** date, number, amount and status, with a download button.

## Billing status

| **Payment failed** | Scans and logging continue during the retry period, so your trend has no gaps. Update your payment method. |
| **Paused** | Scans and logging pause for every site until billing is updated. Your data is kept. API keys and connected AI assistants stop working until billing is updated. |
| **Canceled** | Scans and logging stop. Your data is kept for 13 months. Report links, API keys and connected AI assistants stop working. |

A scheduled change shows as *Cancels on 12 Nov. Scans keep running until then.*

## Refunds

A full refund or chargeback ends the subscription immediately.
