# Shareable reports

> Create a read-only link to a frozen snapshot of your AI visibility for clients, executives or your board.

**Reports** lets you pick sections, check the preview, and share a read-only link. Nobody needs a RankRaft AI login to open it.

## Create a report link

**1. Name it (optional)**

For example *September board report*. The default title is *AI visibility report*.

**2. Pick a date range**

**Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days** or **Last 90 days**.

**3. Choose sections**

Any of **Summary**, **Visibility**, **Competitors**, **Citations**, **Crawlers** and **Actions**. The **Preview** card shows what someone opening the link will see.

**4. Create share link**

Click **Create share link**. The link appears under **Shared links** with a **Copy** button.

## What's in a report

| Section | Contents |

| Summary | Visibility Score, rank, AI crawler visits, visitors sent by AI |
| Visibility | How often AI names and links you, by engine: mentions, citations and coverage |
| Competitors | Visibility Score across the brands AI names in your category |
| Citations | Where the engines got their answers: your pages, competitor pages, everyone else |
| AI crawlers | Measured from your own server logs: distinct bots and pages read by AI |
| Recommended next | Top actions, ranked by expected effect on the score |

The header shows your domain, the range, the dates and a **Print / Save as PDF** button.

## Rules

* A report is a **frozen snapshot**. Its figures don't update after you create it. The footer says *figures do not update*.
* Links last **30 days**.
* Click **Revoke** to stop a link working immediately. **Shared links** also shows when each link was last opened.
* Links aren't indexed by search engines.
* If your subscription ends, links stop resolving at once.

At the limit, revoke a link to make another.

> Agencies: create one link per client per month and send it in place of a slide deck. Revoke last month's to stay under your limit.
